2. Check Crown College Email
3. Find email from helpdesk talking about HID Mobile Credential
a. If you do not see an email, request for a new code by emailing helpdesk@crown.edu
4. Click 16-digit registration code in email and follow steps to open app and paste access code
5. Bluetooth needs to be allowed
6. Location services need to be on
7. Recommended – a. set location permissions to always
b. set app mode to always
How to use tips
Tap – approach reader and hold phone against reader until light turns green
Twist and Go - from within 5ft of reader rotate phone 90 degrees and then back up right (Do not shake phone)
Open App - tap mobile credential to unlock door when within 3ft
