Windows Key (gallery) + Shift + S opens the menu for taking a screenshot
- Rectangular Mode - Click and drag area to capture (default)
- Free Form mode β draw a non standard shape to capture
- Window mode β Select a window to capture
- Full Screen Mode β select an entire screen to capture
- *press escape to exit screenshot mode if desired

- Pictures -> Screenshots
Screen Recording
Method One: Stream Office 365
- Click the above link.
- In most cases using the screen recording function will be sufficient, although you also can record your webcam and or record your screen with the webcam overlayed in the corner.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to select your browser tab/window/entire screen
- Once recording is βstoppedβ you are given an option to trim the clip
- Upon finishing β wait for video to upload, by default the video is saved in your OneDrive or SharePoint but you can download and share as need.

Method two: windows native method
- Windows (gallery) key + G opens a built in screen recorder but has limited features without creating an account.
