Need quick assistance? Our AI-powered chatbot is available 24/7 to help answer common questions, provide troubleshooting steps, and guide you to relevant resources. If further support is needed, the chatbot can assist you in submitting a request to our support team.
Finding Information
- Use the Search Bar: Enter a question in the search bar to get an AI-generated quick answer, or enter keywords to explore related articles and solutions.
- Browse Categories: Explore our articles by category to find helpful guides on specific topics.
- Chat with the AI Bot: The chatbot can provide instant answers or direct you to the right article.
Getting Support
If you need additional help, you can:
- Chat with the AI Bot: If the chat bot is unable to help you find the answer you are looking for, our chat bot can assist you in connecting you with an agent.
- Submitting a Ticket: If you require personalized assistance, you can submit a request through the Help Center, by clicking submit a request at the top right corner.
- Tracking Your Ticket Requests: You can view and manage your support requests through the Customer Portal, by clicking on your profile name at the top right corner of the screen.
