How To Print (Personal Devices)

Windows Installation

1. Go to mp.crown.edu and click Download Mobility Print.
2. Once downloaded, run the installer.
3. When prompted, enter your Crown username and password.

Mac Installation

1. Open System Settings and go to Printers & Scanners.
2. Click Add Printer and select ‘FollowMeRicoh PCL’.
3. When prompted, enter your Crown username and password.

Releasing Print Jobs

Step 1: Download the Mobile Badge App

• Install Mobile Badge BLE NFC from the App Store or Google Play.
• Enable Bluetooth on your phone.
• For Android users: Ensure NFC is also enabled.
• When prompted with a compatibility message, tap "Don’t Show Again".

Step 2: Associate Your Account

1. Hold your phone near the copier’s scanner.
2. Once recognized, tap Next to begin account association.
3. Enter your Crown username and password.
4. Press Associate, then tap Log Out.

Step 3: Print Your Jobs

1. Open the Mobile Badge App.
2. Hold your phone near the copier’s scanner.
3. Select and print your jobs.
4. Log out when finished.
